ALL APPOINTMENTS FOR FLU AND COVID SHOTS MUST BE SCHEDULED THROUGH MYCHART

Please do not call the office to schedule flu or covid vaccines unless you have an egg allergy or are needle phobic.

 

FLU/COVID CLINICS -  PLEASE SCHEDULE ON MYCHART. These clinics are NOT for children who are needle phobic and NOT for children with egg allergies. For these children, please call the front desk to schedule.  You only need to schedule one visit for both vaccines.  Families are encouraged to bring all sibling to one vaccine appointment.  When booking through MyChart please only book one patient for the appointment and enter the names of all siblings that will be in the appointment notes.

FLU/COVID SHOTS ARE OFFERED AS A PART OF ROUTINE WELL VISITS OR SCHEDULED SICK VISITS - YOU DO NOT NEED TO SCHEDULE AN ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENT.

If you have a routine well visit scheduled during the fall months, or if you come to the office for a sick visit  you will be offered (or please ask for) the flu/covid vaccine. Siblings are also welcome to receive their vaccines at these visits, but they must be registered with the front desk to ensure proper documentation.

 

CLINICS ARE ON TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY FROM 4 pm - 4:50 pm
