NEW CANCELLATION POLICY

The ability to provide high quality behavioral health care in a timely manner to all our patients is a priority for us at WCPAM. Hence we ask for AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE for cancellations with Dr. Erin O'Donnell, Psy.D.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 charge.  No show appointments (when we do not receive a call to cancel and/or reschedule) will be charged $75.  We will not schedule a follow up appointment until these fees are paid.

We will do our best to provide you with a confirmation notification but these are a courtesy.  It is the patient (or parents') responsibility to know your appointment date and time.

This policy is effective as of May 4, 2022.

Thank you for your cooperation.

IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO BE QUIETLY NON-RACIST.
NOW, MORE THAN EVER, IS THE TIME TO BE VOCALLY ANTI-RACIST.

We are in so much pain as individuals, as communities, as a nation. Our Black and Brown brothers and sisters, already disproportionately affected by the coronavirus, continue to be devastated by overt acts of violence sprung from a smoldering racist legacy that has erupted in this troubled time.

We at West Cambridge Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine condemn racism and pledge to speak out. As doctors and nurses who are for children, we acknowledge that the stress and trauma of systemic racism impacts the physical and behavioral health of our patients. We commit ourselves to eliminating the inequities which threaten our children’s well-being.

We witness the anger. We witness the anguish. We stand with you and we will not be silent.

Please see our resources page for more information on how to continue this conversation with your children.
